Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Rineyville dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in KY, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Rineyville well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Rineyville team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Rineyville, KY construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Rineyville started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in Rineyville are resolved in a single visit.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Rineyville home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Rineyville, KY rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
Whether it's a single kitchen faucet swap or a full bathroom remodel's worth of fixtures, our team handles the rough-in and finish work in one visit where possible.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Rineyville, KY who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.

You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
